Our warranty is one year.

What is your production time?

Our regular producing time for 1 piece inflatable games is 5-15 days, excluding delivery time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.

Can we visit your factory?

Yes, you are warmly welcome.

If customers visit to our factory or company, please contact us in advance. We wolud like to provide services of hotel reservation and airport pick up .

What about payment term?

50% in advance, and the other 50% balance must be paid before we consign it.
